Entering Monetary Amounts

There is no need to enter dollar signs ($). The system will do this for you.
 

If the amount is in whole dollars, enter only the whole dollar amount without a decimal point or zeroes. For example, enter $25.00 as 25, and the system will add the dollar sign. decimal point, and two zeroes.
 

For an amount like $25.30, you can enter 25.3 and the system will add the dollar sign and the final zero.
 

For an amount like $25.35, enter 25.35 and the system will add the dollar sign.
