TYR allows you to store important details, photos, videos, documents, URLs, and notes associated with your oganization. Your organization's name, address, and telephone number can appear on the TYR Home screen at the upper left, and you can have your logo appear at the upper right. The instructions on this page explain how to add and change your organization information.
Adding or Changing Organization Details
On the Home screen in the Customization section, click the OrganizationInfo button. The Organization Information window opens but the fields are not editable.
Click the Edit button to make all the fields editable.
Type in the information.(Notes: (1) You can also enter information in these fields by copying and pasting text from other documents and screens, e.g., URLs. (2) If you add or change a Website URL, you can verify it by clicking the "Go to website" link.)
If you want to attach an image file for your logo (or any other images, photos, videos, documents, other URLs, or notes), click the Photos, Documents, etc. button () and follow the instructions in the section entitled "Managing Attachments (Documents, Photos, Videos, URLs, Notes)."
Click Save. The Organization Information window closes and you are returned to the Home screen, where your information appears in the upper left corner, and a confirmation message appears in the lower left corner. If you attached a logo, photo, or other image file to which you gave the title "Logo" or "logo" in Step 4 above, it will appear in the upper right corner the next time you log in.
